A tropical and sweet twist to the classic margarita.
Blend ripe or frozen mango chunks until smooth and creamy.
Optional salt or Tajin rim: Rub lime around rim of margarita glass and dip into plate of salt or Tajin.
In a shaker, combine the tequila, mango puree, lime juice, triple sec, and simple syrup with ice.
Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge and mango slice (and little umbrella).
