Ingredients

  • 2 parts tequila
  • 1 part peach puree
  • .5 part fresh lime juice
  • .5 part triple sec
  • simple syrup to taste
  • ice
  • lime wedge
  • salt for rim

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peach puree by blending ripe peaches until a smooth mixture.

  2. Optional salt rim: Rub the rim of the glass with a lime wedge and dip glass into plate of salt.

  3. In a shaker, combine the tequila, peach puree, lime juice, triple sec, and simple syrup with ice.

  4. Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

  5. Strain into the prepared glass.

  6. Garnish with a lime wedge or a peach slice.
