Ingredients

  • 2 parts tequila
  • 2 parts fresh watermelon
  • 1 part triple sec
  • 1 part fresh lime juice
  • .5 part honey adjust to taste
  • ice
  • salt for rim

Instructions

  1. Salt rim: Rub a lime wedge along the rim of the glass and dip into a plate of salt.

  2. In a blender, combine chunks of fresh watermelon, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and a dash of honey. Add a handful of ice.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Pour into the salt-rimmed glass.

  5. Garnish with a lime slice or a small watermelon wedge.
