Low Sugar Tequila Sunrise

Tequila Sunrises are traditionally high in sugar from the use of orange juice and grenadine. Here is a low-sugar version of the classic tequila cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 3 parts blanco tequila
  • 1 part Teisseire Sugar-Free grenadine
  • 2.5 parts reduced sugar orange juice
  • 1 orange slice
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Pour in tequila and orange juice.

  3. Use a spoon to drizzle the grenadine down the side of the glass and let it settle.

  4. Add orange slice and cherry garnish to glass.

  5. Use a spoon and give a gentle swirl towards the bottom of the glass to get the sunrise effect.

  6. Enjoy!
