The importance of this brew, from what I can gather, comes from the process used in making it. According to their website, Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA was made when it’s creator was inspired by a pot of soup being made on a cooking show. He used the soup chef’s process of continually seasoning his dish, only he applied it to beer instead. The result, was DOgfish Head 90 minute IPA!
Food and Wine magazine isn’t this beer’s only endorsement either. Esquire Magazine called Dogfish Head 90 Minute “perhaps the best IPA in America.” Now THAT’s praise!

Unfortunately, you can only use this service if you’re 21 or over. Saucey is very careful about making sure we operate within the parameters of the law. ID checks are important for every single delivery. Your delivery person will use a scanner to check your driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID card. Your order will be handed to you only once your age has been verified via identification scan.
Once that’s good, now you’re ready to drink your beer, whiskey, vodka, wine, or whatever else you ordered.

If you happen to need a bartender as well as someone to deliver your order, then keep reading! If you go over to our bartender’s page, you’ll find that we can help out with that. Once your order is done, then we can have one (or more) bartenders ready for you. You will need to let us at Saucey know what the date and time of your event is, though. We also must have a count for the number of guests you intend to have. Be sure to serve Dogfish Head 90 Minute, since it’s awesome!
Your bartender(s) will arrive thirty minutes before your planned event in order to set things up. Saucey can provide up to six bartenders at any time.
Is there a delivery fee?
You’ll really like this part: Nope! At Saucey we don’t do the confusing ‘delivery fee’ thing. We prefer to keep pricing as easy as it possibly can be. We like it better that way, and so do our customers. And when you use Saucey for your needs, you’ll like it too! It doesn’t get any easier than this.
