This toasted pecan infusion is the perfect holiday gift for any dessert loving drinker. All you’ll need is a bottle of Tito’s Handmade Vodka and a bag of pecans. Simply toast a cup and a half of pecans in the oven at 350 degrees, just until they become aromatic (about five minutes). Once they cool, drop them in the bottle of vodka, seal and store in a cool dark place. To really absorb the nutty goodness, this infusion needs about 30 days, but we promise it will be worth the wait!
Once your infusion is ready for gifting, we recommend including a recipe and ingredients to create a decadent Pecan Pie Martini. Here’s what you’ll need:
2 oz Toasted Pecan Infused Tito’s Handmade Vodka
2 oz half & half
¾ tsp honey
¼ tsp vanilla
Crushed pecans for garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass with a crushed pecan rim.
Bloody Mary Gift Set

Candy Cane Infusion
Candy canes are a quintessential holiday candy. And, like most holiday traditions, they’re even better with vodka. To start crafting this holiday-themed infusion, all you’ll need are some mason jars (any decorative bottle or jar the can be tightly sealed will do), a box of candy canes and some festive ribbon.
For our infusion, we prefer to use the miniature candy canes. This minimizes your efforts, since they’ll fit in the jar without having to break them up. Plus, it ups the cuteness factor by at least 10. After removing any wrappers, toss 20 mini canes (or 10 broken large canes) into the jar and pour in your Tito’s Handmade Vodka. You’ll want to leave a little bit of space at the top so you can shake the jar during the infusion to help break down the candy.
All you need to do now is wait 24 hours, or until the candy canes have dissolved completely. Add your ribbon, using it to secure a mini candy cane to the outside of the jar, and you’ve got an adorable custom cocktail just waiting to be gifted to your peppermint loving friend or coworker!
