INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz tomato juice
Chopped cherry tomatoes
Pinch of black pepper
Dash of Tabasco
3 basil leaves
Chopped mozzarella
Balsamic vinaigrette, pepper and finely grated parmigiano reggiano for rim
DIRECTIONS
1. Muddle ingredients in a shaker
2. Add vodka and tomato juice
3. Shake and strain into a martini glass
4. Use balsamic vinaigrette, pepper and parmigiano reggiano for the rim
5. Garnish with mozzarella, basil, tomato and pepper
