Proceed with Caution
We overlook sugary mixes, or the fact that grenadine is sugar syrup, and to ask for a sugar-free ginger beer. Studies show we consume an average of 3-4 drinks on a night out, or up to 800 calories #omg. Did you know that a Cosmopolitan contains 218 calories, a Tequila Sunrise has 210 calories, and a Long Island Iced Tea holds 218? Who needs that negativity in your life anyway.
Let’s continue to indulge in our favorite drinks without compromising quality or taste. We’re all about these cozy and skinny winter cocktails to hold you up until springtime, and then some.
