- 1/4 ounce coffee liqueur
- 1/2 ounce dark rum
- 1/2 ounce coconut liqueur
- 1/4 ounce 151-proof (high-proof) rum
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- Garnish: strawberry or cherry
This is a very strong but a tropical drink all at the same time. Which is something you don’t necessarily expect. Start off by pouring all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Make sure there’s ice in there as well. Shake well for at least 35 seconds. Strain the mix into a tall glass filled with cracked ice. You can also Garnish it with a strawberry or even a cherry.
