How to Make a Perfect Vodka Soda

The simplest—and dare we say most refreshing—mixed drink there ever was. Take a good vodka (we love Ketel One for a vodka soda), mix it with some bubbles, give it a little twist, and you’ve got a no-fail, refreshing drink perfect for just about any and every occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½  oz. Ketel One Vodka
  • 3 oz. club soda
  • 2 wedges of lime

How to make a vodka soda

Fill a glass with ice (preferably a highball glass if you have one). Add Ketel One Vodka and top with soda. Give it a little stir and garnish with your lime wedges.

What is a vodka soda called?

Well, a vodka soda mostly. But it technically falls into the category of highballs, which are spirits mixed with a carbonated beverage. But then again, a highball most often refers to a whiskey highball. Industry bickering on this subject abounds. Our take? You can’t go wrong calling it a vodka soda.

Is there sugar in a vodka soda? What about carbs?

Nope. Because soda water is just water with bubbles. And vodka is just vodka, which doesn’t have any sugar. That also means there are no carbs in this beverage, for you carb-wary folks.

Can I get vodka soda delivery near me?

Most certainly. Toss a bottle of Ketel One Vodka in your cart along with some club soda and limes and we’ll be there very shortly.
