Blue Hawaiian Recipe
1 oz. white rum (such as Bacardi)
1 oz. blue Curacao
1 oz. coconut cream
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 maraschino cherry
1 pineapple slice
1 cup crushed ice
This recipe has a pretty self-explanatory name. It has a delightful hawaiian taste with tropical ingredients, and…well, it’s blue. Toss the ice, rum, Curacao, pineapple juice, and coconut cream in a blender. Put it on high speed, and puree it all until it’s smooth. Pour into a cold glass (highball recommended here) and use the pineapple slice and cherry as a garnish.
