Terms and Conditions of Participation and Prize Acceptance
- Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter or win. The promotion is open solely to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Participants must possess a valid government-issued identification and must be registered account holders in good standing with Saucey, Inc. (“Saucey”). Eligibility is restricted to individuals residing within the geographical areas where Saucey offers its services, as defined in the Saucey serviceable network.
- Prize Acceptance: The selected winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these official rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The prize recipient will be notified via Instagram direct message, followed by an email from [email protected] confirming users Saucey account on March 14, 2024. The recipient must respond to the prize notification and accept the prize within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. Failure to claim the prize within this time frame, or to comply with any other term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. In the event of prize forfeiture, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Requirements of Potential Winners: The potential winner is subject to verification by Saucey. Saucey’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the promotion and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. The potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
- General Conditions: Saucey reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Saucey’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Saucey in its sole discretion. Saucey reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- Disputes: Except where prohibited, participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
