How to Make a Mojito

This fresh and crisp cocktail is the perfect way to cool down from the summer heat. The Mojito is a classic cocktail made from 5 ingredients: white rum, white cane sugar, fresh lime juice, tonic water and mint sprigs. The sweet, minty flavors pair perfectly with its crispness, making it an easy summer go-to drink.

Ingredients:

(makes one drink)

about 6 sprigs of mint leaves, plus more for garnish
fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 1/2 ounces white rum
tonic water

Directions:

Muddle mint sprigs, lime juice and sugar together in collins glass; add white rum and top with ice. Stir ingredients and top with tonic water. Garnish the mojito with mint leaf sprigs.
