How to Make a Negroni

The Negroni is a cocktail traditionally used in Italy as an aperitif, a drink that wakes the tastebuds and prepares you for a meal. While the classic Negroni only contains three ingredients, these ingredients each bring their strengths and flavor to the cocktail, making it a bold, bitter yet satisfying drink for your taste buds.

The Classic Negroni

makes one cocktail

1 ounce Campari
1 ounce gin
1 ounce sweet vermouth
ice and orange wedges or slices for garnish

Add ice to a glass; pour each liquid ingredient into a shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Pour contents over ice- garnish with orange twist or wedge (or add an orange slice into the drink itself.)
