On gluten, since it is the actual question
Tito’s is made from corn rather than wheat, rye or barley. Distillation removes gluten protein, so most authorities treat all distilled spirits as gluten-free regardless of base grain, but some people with coeliac disease still choose to avoid grain-derived spirits. If that applies to you, the corn base is the relevant fact and your doctor is the relevant source, not us.
What works with it
- Soda water and citrus. The lightest build, and the one that adds no sugar.
- Tonic water. Note that tonic carries roughly as many calories as the vodka does.
- Juices. Cranberry, grapefruit, pineapple, orange.
- Lemonade. Long, sweet, best in warm weather.
- Cola with lime. Straightforward.
